To avoid the hassle before departure date or on the date of arrival of your home country. 50% of the deposit or transfer payment is required prior to the arrival date. However, full prepayment will be required during the meetings service on the first day upon your arrival in Lombok, by our representatives in Lombok. Prior to joining the selected trips, cash payments will be accepted for meeting service. All payments can be made in Rupiah (Idr), USD, Euro. Australia, dollars or Pounds, based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Please pay in any currency of your country so that our banks in Indonesia will receive Rupiah.
For the secure of booking a reservation, transfer into our bank account as deposit 50%, and remaining payment after trekking mount Rinjani. Deluxe service Mount Rinjani we mean
When you need an extra porter to carry Your personal belongings, wherever you will be followed by your porter, extra food, thick foam mattress, chair, trekking sticks and the other, you will be given an extra charge by our coordinator once you arrive on the first day or before climb or after arriving at the hotel under the foot of Mount Rinjani.
Cancellations and refunds
No refund and cost reduction if restaurant,
hotel, transport, porter, and guide objects are canceled not because of
our company PT Sasak Lombok Tour and Travel, but by the participants or
due to force majeure or unexpected events. In the event of an earthquake
or disease or called "force majeure" there will be a trip diversion option
with an adjustment to the cost or destination that will be informed to participants.
If a participant does not approve the above option, then it is considered
cancel and the fees that have been entered are non-refundable / forfeited.
Refunds do not apply to individual cancellation or deduction of participants
after an agreement or payment of Deposit.
If there is a refund due to cancellation of tour package booking, the condition
refund process will last for 7 working days.
Medical Information
All participants should be fit and healthy!
It is recommended that all people with medical problems or diet restrictions
please let us know as well, before departure, so they might be met. It is
recommended to bring with you any medications, too, some band-aid, antibiotics,
aspirin for headaches, etc. (for the tropics)

F.A.Q. Trekking Mount Rinjani
Question: When is the best time of the
year to climb Mt Rinjani? And when does the national park mount Rinjani
close?

Answer: No they don't. Porters we provide are in charge to carry
all logistic for the trek program only. If you wish, you can pay extra for
extra porter to carry your extra luggage at IDR 300,000 per porter per day
and pay direct to the porters after trek mount Rinjani.
Question: What time is the pick up time on the first days before climb
Mt Rinjani in the morning if I stay in Senggigi or Mataram area?
Answer: Pick up point at the hotel lobby is at 06:00AM, anywhere
in Senggigi or Mataram. For those who stay in Gili Islands, the pick up
point would be at Bangsal Port OR Teluk Nara Port at 06:00AM, please arrange
yourself boats transport from the Gilis to Bangsal Port OR Teluk Nara Port.
Question: Where can I leave my extra
luggage during the trek program to Mount Rinjani?
Answer: You can leave luggage to our coordinators under foot of mount
Rinjani. You can have all your luggage back after the trek ends. Please
check again your luggage before you leave the mount Rinjani, does not cost
anything to your luggage is kept securely in our place. It's the usual things
we do with our guests also with your luggage safe.
How to choose the best Mount Rinjani Trekking service?

Mount Rinjani without a guide and porters

hiker and have hiked in the tropics before, don’t even consider it. If you’re
injured on the mountain without a guide or porters, you’ll be in some serious
trouble.
If you do decide to trek Rinjani independently, please sign in at the park
office and pay the entrance fee. Though it’s questionable whether the fees
are used to maintain Rinjani, signing in is for your own safety.
Guides and Porters Mount Rinjani
